“I would avoid this firm. I had a case, where I was hit by a drunk driver, (I wasnt even driving, or the driver, I was literally just hit by them 100% at their fault). I never got paid. I mean I won, and was awarded, but the constant swapping of lawyers, new lawyers, student lawyers, etc. that happens with this firm, I was told that we had filed the paperwork to pursue the SEF44 insurance policy to be paid. I have attached emails sent by a lawyer at the firm, saying that they will be (I was already entirely questioning their capacity and ability, to the point I was already making sure, which just goes to tell you how much shuffling was happening. I believe by the end of it all I had ran through 7 lawyers within the firm had been involved at some point or another). The drunk driver was in a stolen car, with no insurance, so it went to the General Motor Vehicle Fund of Alberta. They split $250,000 with every single party involved in an incident (so if the drunk driver hits 5 vehciles and 2 structures, like in my case, you absolutely need to pursue your own insurance). Martin G Schulz and Associates, literally just fumbled the ball, and lost $100,000 +++++ in total for the claim. I won, was awarded, but they failed to file in time with the insurance, so that I would actually be paid. I went from Studying Project Management, (Which I completed and now hold the PMP license and designation title) with no facial damage, and what some would call a good looking face. Now, i have spent $100,000+, I still am only half way through paying for my own dental implants, and I need $14,000 to pay for the removal of broken bones and nasal rebuild. Just to be normal, Im still chasing this. nearly 10 years of nonsense, losses, surgeries, filijng with the Alberta Law Society, more cases, only to be told to hire another lawyer and sue.... so what? Another 5 years? BEWARE. The way the firm is run, basically a lawyer mill, bringing in new grads, working them to dust, paying nil, so ridiculous turnover rate..... you may not get paid. I was not. Even better, when I leave a review, he calls me to....? Pressure me to take it down? To try and shut me down? Last month he called me for posting a review of this, telling me its my fault, and he didnt even want the case. Okay, then refund the fee. ”
